What Are Your Warranty Terms?

The information below regarding warranty periods and conditions is provided as a general guide and may be subject to change.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the consumer. If a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty period of the replacement product is limited to the remaining warranty period of the originally purchased product.

If the consumer has chosen the right to repair, they may exercise their other legal rights in cases where the product fails again within the warranty period, where the maximum repair period is exceeded, or where the repair is deemed impossible.

The maximum repair period for products received at our service point for repair purposes is 20 business days.

Malfunctions caused by use contrary to the instructions stated in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

What Are Your Shipping and Delivery Details?

All deliveries are carried out through our contracted cargo companies. We deliver products throughout Türkiye.

If there is no local branch of our contracted cargo company in your area, your delivery may be made on specific days of the week through mobile branches.

Orders placed on weekdays until 16:30 are handed over to the cargo company on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary in extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, fire or terrorism.

For orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays, your tracking code is sent by SMS to the phone number provided in your contact details by 12:30 on the next business day.

You can track your shipment on the website of our contracted cargo company using the tracking code you receive.

What Are Your Cancellation and Return Conditions?

For sales made through PHIXI, returns and exchanges can be processed within 14 days under the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out in Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
